PTFE coated fiberglass fabric Supplier

A flexible woven fiberglass base with a PTFE working surface that helps reduce sticking during heat sealing, lamination and industrial processing. PGF-S has smooth release faces on both sides for removable sheets and separation layers. PGF-A has an adhesive backing with a protective release liner for fixed equipment coverings. Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between PGF-S and PGF-A?

PGF-S is double-smooth non-adhesive fabric for removable release sheets and separation layers. PGF-A has adhesive on the back and a protective release liner for fixed lining. Double-smooth describes the surface finish and does not mean adhesive on both sides.

What standard sizes are listed?

There are 14 PGF-S and 9 PGF-A dimensional options, all listed at 1000 mm cut length. Thickness and width combinations are shown individually in the SKU table. Custom cuts, slit widths and roll lengths are quoted separately.

Is the adhesive included in the PGF-A thickness?

The listed values are nominal thicknesses. Confirm the base-fabric thickness, adhesive thickness and total thickness measurement with the selected construction before order.

What working temperature should I specify?

Provide the continuous or intermittent process temperature, contact material, pressure and operating cycle. The working range is confirmed for the selected fabric construction; PGF-A also requires adhesive suitability to be checked.

Can every SKU be supplied in all the pictured colors?

The photographs show brown, black and white materials, but color availability is confirmed for each selected construction and size. The yellow layer on PGF-A is a protective release liner, not a fabric color option.

What should I send for a quotation?

Send the SKU or required thickness, width, length or cut outline, construction, quantity and supply format. Include the contact material, temperature, pressure and installation method. Add color, adhesive and dimensional tolerance requirements where relevant.
